Description1. From Read to Jones, 19/6/1901. Read says that the High Commissioner of Cyprus asks if GA Williamson is indispensable to the expedition to Sierra Leone as it would be very inconvenient for him to have leave of absence and there is little malaria in Cyprus.
2. From Jones to Read, 21/6/1901. Says that GA Williamson is not indispensable to the Sierra Leone expedition but he has been a student of Ross' and it could be a benefit to his work to have the experience.
