Description
Milne says that he is on Tiree until the end of the month when he moves to Whittingehame. He says that his leave is being extended on half pay and that he has protested as other men get up to two years leave on full pay. He adds that if Ross requires him for malaria research in London he is to send a telegram but warns him that he can only leave Tiree on Fridays when the boat comes and the weather is good.
