Description
J Chamberlain has told Lord Lister that the Colonial Office will contribute half the cost of a malaria research project and that he suggested to Lord Lister that the Royal Society should send 'two medical men and an entomologist' to India to learn from Ross before going to Africa. He has had a precis of Ross' report prepared for the British Medical Association annual meeting but has been too ill to have lantern slides and photographs done and that he is waiting for further information.
