Description	Lord Lister is going over Ross' work before giving an opinion and that J Chamberlain is prepared to make a grant for an investigation into African fevers. Asks Ross to send him a copy of his report at once so that he can suggest a commission with Ross to head it, and before any foreigners can claim the credit for the discovery. G Thin is full of doubts but that is his usual attitude.
