TitleCopy of a letter from William Hesketh Lever, Chairman, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine to Lewis Harcourt, Secretary of State, Colonial Office
Date15/7/1912
DescriptionThe Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine is at a critical period and is planning to expand and that since is has opened the British Government has contributed only 7% of the total expenditure of the School despite the valuable work done on its behalf. The London School of Tropical Medicine is given more in government aid than the Liverpool School and a greater burden is therefore placed on private subscribers to the Liverpool School
