Encloses a copy of a letter to him from Sir RW Boyce about lecturing to the students on yellow fever (Ross/113/29/25) and his reply (Ross/113/29/26) and asks the Council of the University what he should do in the future. Also suggests that Boyce's lectures can continue if he himself is allowed to lecture on tropical diseases in the Medical Faculty
