Description	As he had had no reply from Anningson he assumes that there is no document saying that examiners fees are reduced if there are few candidates and he cannot trace anything telling him so. If such a regulation exists he was never told of it and if the syndicate cannot at present afford £40 he is willing to accept £30 and wait for the other £10 to be made up from the fees of the next examination
