He is very dubious about a malaria society, which would duplicate the work of the London and Liverpool Schools of Tropical Medicine and that such societies tend to be ineffectual. Stipulates that no lay person or government official should be an official of the society or that they should have more than six seats on the council, if he is to support it, he is unable to attend the meeting to discuss it.
