Description
Dr Masson has been proposed by one of the Mauritian newspapers as head of the Malaria Authority and it is rumoured that the colonial government have given him authoritative powers but LG Barbeau has told him that he has had nothing to do with the matter and the colonial government are going to follow Ross' verbal proposals. It is his work in continuing Ross' policies which has brought about the improvement and the sanitary personnel have done very little. Asks for Ross' support for his candidature as head of the Malaria Authority
