Description
Although the government have received Ross' report on Mauritius, the Council and Medical Department have not yet seen copies and he hopes that Ross has good reasons to suppose that the Colonial Office will agree to his recommendations. Discusses the places where he is finding mosquito larvae and asks for JWW Stephens to advise him on literature. He is continuing with the work on mosquito control which was started by Ross but does not know if the Government will proceed with it
