Description	Asks for a copy of Ross' report on Mauritius when it is published and says that although he sent his report to the printers directly he arrived in England he has only just received the first proof, but the publication of Ross' report should do a lot for Mauritius. He does not like Gibraltar but finds his work interesting. Describes the mosquitoes and their breeding places in Gibraltar but says that he has not been able to organise mosquito brigades as yet.
