Description	A Celli is to be associated with Ross as a speaker at the International Congress and encloses a copy of his letter to Celli (Ross/88/01/07). Suggests Ross communicates with Celli and asks for papers or references to Ross' work. Annotated by Ross to say that he refused to have anything to do with the Italians owing to their piracy of his work and resigned the congress, Celli afterwards withdrew.
