Congratulates Ross on winning the Nobel prize for medicine and says that he should get a government grant as Jenner did. Encloses copy of a letter which he has written to Grassi (08/062) and Grassi's letter to him with its enclosures (Ross/52/13/02-04).Grassi has let a year elapse since he last wrote, that he is not interested in what S Calandruccio says about him and cannot imagine why he should think that Charles was stealing Ross' credit for Grassi
