DescriptionSympathises over the state of Ross' health and over his having to work on kala-azar. Doubtful about Ross' coming to Italy in his present state of health and Grassi had found only one specimen of Anopheles pictus which he had fed on a crescent case of malaria but as it escaped later he asks Ross to send Grassi infected specimens from Calcutta.
