Description
Anopheles are 'puddle breeding mosquitoes' in Sierra Leone and he places where they breed could be easily drained but that there is difficulty in infecting mosquitoes as they are only allowed to use soldiers who are 'filled up with quinine as soon as they are taken sick'. The Governor, M Nathan is helpful but the Royal Army Medical Corps men are not.
