Letter from William Alfred Murray to Ross about a malaria patient admitted to the 4th London General Hospital

Description
Murray says that a patient has been admitted to the 4th London General Hospital suffering from malaria caught in France. There is a note from Ross asking if the malaria was diagnosed in France and a reply from Murray saying that he had mistaken the man's name and regiment, the diagnosis was made in France and he had a relapse in England
