Encloses a copy of a letter which he wrote to the Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (Ross/168/22) and says that MacDonagh's claim to be the first to have used the antimony in the treatment of bilharziasis was buried in a book on venereal disease in 1915 and was unnoticed, while his own work was done independently and MacDonagh only remembered his results when Christopherson published his.
