Description
The committee is divided about publishing Ross's paper, which would classify the publication as not urgent. He adds that they might print an abstract, but the manuscript remains the property of the Royal Society; although he thinks it possible the Ross could have his manuscript lent to him by the Royal Society in preparation for having it published elsewhere.
