DescriptionTyped and handwritten copies. He has now had time to consider Heath's notes on his solid space algebra. He explains what he meant in describing Grassmann's and Hamilton's work as unsound and says that he has now found "real quaternions" and has put a preliminary note in the current number of Science Progress. He adds that he wishes PEB. Jourdain were "alive to see it".
