He has received Ross' subscription to the Quaternion Association and apologises for not acknowledging it, but adds that he was engaged in preparing another bulletin and also wanted to give Ross his impression of algebra of space. He discusses Ross paper and regrets his decision to resign from the Quaternion Association.
