Encloses a pamphlet about the controversy on malaria research (Ross/152/17/30) which he asks Ross to read and circulate in the proper quarters. Asks Ross to send him a list of Societies and establishments to which it should be sent and for copies of an article by Ross in Science Progress in 1917 and his letters from TE Charles. He intends to mount another campaign against Grassi. Letter incorrectly dated 1920
