He has asked Sir D Bruce if he can apply to the War Office to either publish his report on his visit to Ismalia or to give it to the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. The scheme for the institute for tropical medicine is 'hanging fire' because of the dispute over Sir AL Jones' will and asks if the Tropical Diseases Research Fund would give the money to enable him to employ EH Ross as a hygienist.
