Thanks him for a copy of his list of proposed researches into tropical medicine and encloses a copy of his own, he also had LW Sambon in mind when he suggested pellagra. He would like to have the malaria researches at Liverpool in connection with his proposed malaria bulletin, discusses the other points and suggests that his proposed malaria bureau might provide a suitable appointment for LW Sambon
