Description
He could gather some information on mosquito-borne diseases from the annual report of the Gold Coast (now Ghana) Medical Department but it might lay him open to accusations of inaccuracy and he thinks that a complete set of returns would be much more valuable. The Senior Medical Officer should have the material to hand and be able to fill the return in easily but he leaves the decision about that to the Colonial Office
