Agrees with Ross that the Government of India is doing little to support sanitary work 'but a lot has been done (in a small way) by medical officers' and that he has given much space in the Indian Medical Gazette to malarial matters despite grumbles. The Office of the Director General of the Indian Medical Service is starting to publish on medical subjects
