Description	Acknowledges some photographs of Wright's organisms from a case of tropical ulcer, he has found some similar ones in an ulcer of a case of piroplasmosis and suggests that Wright's case was also piroplasmosis. He only finds parasites in peripheral circulation in cases of very high fever and accepts Ross' offer to read his projected paper to the Royal Society which should be its first publication.
