DescriptionCongratulates Ross on discovering proteosoma in mosquitoes salivary glands and on infecting birds, recommends a staining method and says that R Koch's experiments with mosquitoes have been successful. The aetiology of malaria will be included in the programme of medical congress in Paris in 1900 and hopes Ross will attend.
