Description	Encloses proofs of the title page, preface and contents of the book, asks to see another one and that he has decided to have a detailed contents list at the end rather than an index. Also returns proofs of some of the photographs, but that he has not received any of his own photographs or his map although he needs them soon as he is going on holiday on 21 July. In a postscript he says that the rival book has appeared and he now has to add some footnotes but the printers tell him that this will not upset the pagination
