Description	He still does not know the size of his book because he has not had the contributions of the outside contributors. He has limited them to ten pages but some might will be smaller and that the same thing applies to tables. Objects strongly to the specimen that Murray sent him and that Chapter 2 is being published separately and that if Murray cannot agree to these points he had better return the manuscript until the whole work is completed although this will occasion much delay and inconvenience
