Description
He encloses a letter from JTW Leslie saying that Ross' report cannot be mentioned without the permission of the Secretary of State for India but copies are going to him by the next mail so Manson will have to obtain his permission to mention it at the British Medical Association meeting. He is sending more specimens but still has not heard if the others arrived safely, also he has discovered that the coccidia burst in the living insect releasing 'germinal rods'.
