Description
Lists some specimens he is sending Manson but says that they are poor. Asks if some of the bodies in one of them are psorosperms which might be connected with the malaria parasite. Further experiments with infected water have failed and Lutchman's fever would appear to be coincidence and discusses bodies seen in mosquitoes. If the Indian Office could 'hint' to the Indian Government that a malaria investigation would be advisable they might do something about it.
