Description
He has sent a telegram to Manson saying that he has solved the malaria problem and hopes that it reached him in time for the British Medical Association meeting. He is prepared to stay in India and train any men that Manson sends provided they come at once, but if further elaborate experiments are wanted he would like leave in England first, his special duty has been extended until the following February. He notes that 'black bodies' are nearly always present in infected mosquitoes and not in healthy ones.
