Description
Gives his account of the amount of credit due to Manson for the discovery that the mosquito carried malaria and the experiment in the Roman campagna was of little value and that Manson could have been more helpful in popularising Ross' ideas of mosquito control when he was at the Colonial Office. Encloses a copy of a report of a speech by Lord Lister in the Times 19/9/1901 (Ross/53/46)
