Encloses a copy of his petition to Parliament with the two letters from the Chancellor of the Exchequer's private secretary omitted. The Chancellor considers his petition unusual and will not recommend it so he is now obtaining the support of Members of Parliament for it and that JR MacDonald has suggested that Ross invites Chamberlain to join the supporters
