Description	Manson encloses letters from Lord Lister (Ross/12/47-48), has also sent copies to R Harvey and hopes that he can persuade the Colonial Office to bring pressure to bear on the India Office. Does not know whether to precis Ross' report at the British Medical Association meeting or just to use the illustrations of his specimens in case Harvey sends out copies of it. Wishes Ross good luck with his research.
