DescriptionThe specimens have arrived but some of the slides are broken. Discusses the quality of the specimens and says that he will wait to see if Ross has any further information before he writes an article for the British Medical Journal especially as the Indian government have said that Ross is not to publish his findings before he submits his report. Makes suggestions about the best method of setting the subject out and says that something must be published before the warm weather comes to the United States and Italy. Asks Ross to write to him about publication by return and there is a note by Ross asking R Harvey's wishes.
