Description
He has written a letter to the Liverpool Daily Post and Mercury about the malaria return and encloses a copy. He has been unable to discover an account of Seely's action in the papers and that Medical Officers in India have been ordered to give a separate report on malaria in their areas and these, if published in full, would be useful for comparison. The standards of health for recruits in the Indian Army are very low.
