He has seen OH Williams' letter to the Earl of Crewe and he sees no reason why OH Williams should not be on the Advisory Committee of the Tropical Diseases Research Fund but it can wait, as can Ross' suggestion that the Colonial Office should ask that he be appointed to the Committee for the Liverpool School, until after the Institute for Tropical Medicine scheme has gone through
