Description
OH Williams has written to the Earl of Crewe enclosing the draft scheme for an Institute for Tropical Medicine. In a postscript Ross asks if the Colonial Office could suggest that Ross, as a member of the Tropical Diseases Research Fund Advisory Committee, should also be on the Committee of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicines. Urges that the Charity Commissioners should be encouraged to get the scheme for an Institute through quickly and suggests that OH Williams is appointed to the Advisory Committee
