Description
He has heard that Milne apologised for circulating Sir P Manson's reference for WT Prout and returns a corrected version of Ross's draft letter to the Acting Chairman of the Liverpool School (Ross/113/31/14). He is dubious whether Ross can get costs from them as they may consider the reference privileged but he can try.
