Description
Asks if a new junior post could be created for as Assistant in Public Health and for it to be offered to EH Ross. Explains that he needs this assistant because of the combination of the war which they are waging against mosquito-borne diseases and his administrative duties are exhausting him. Other senior members of staff approve of the idea and that his brother is highly qualified for the post which should carry the salary of £300pa.
