DescriptionOwen says that the Maharajah is away but he will put Ross' case to him on his return, adding that the princes are not reliable and recommending Ross not to resign from the Indian Medical Service. He again advises Ross not to publish prematurely and says that the Rana of Dholpur will probably ask the Viceroy for Ross' services.
