Also includes a selection of press cuttings, advice documents and wartime magazines. Much of the material was collected around the time of World War Two and the post-war period of rationing.

AdminHistoryPatty Fisher was not a member of staff in the Department of Human Nutrition. However, she was a lifelong teacher of nutrition, especially in its practical applications. She spent much of her career lecturing in nutrition and wrote many books on the subject.
