The majoirty of the papers relate to the national HIV campaigns through CFES and AFLS and these include background material and examples of national HIV prevention camapaigns. In addition, there are papers relating to surveys and evaluative reports on the French HIV epidemic in particular relating to social and scientific HIV research and work relating to AIDS and intravenous drug transmission.

The material was collected from various country visits by investigators on the EC Concerted Actions programme and material has often includes the creating organisation and when the item was received.
