Description
Material relating to Drugslink, a drug advisory centre, based in Swindon, United Kingdom. Drugslink was establihsed in May 1985 by the Swindon Health Authority Steering Group and became independent in late 1985. The centre provided advice, information and counselling service for drug related problems along with a comprehensive harm reduction programme that included needle exchange, maintenance prescriptions and HIV testing. Material includes their 'Sixth annual report 1992-1993' and a thesis entitled 'Drugs, AIDS and Social Policy' by Andy Malinowski, Drugslink Director, published in September 1992.
