Description
Congratulates Ross on his report on Mauritius and gives an indication of what he included in his but it is still not published. Discusses the situation in Mauritius and if the sugar crop is good there should be sufficient money to carry out future anti-malaria work. Ross' report has better photographs than his but he has more maps, he has had to go to Paris for anti-rabies treatment and asks if any of Ross' photographs of Mauritius have been made into lantern slides as he has to give a lecture
