He has received a telegram from Ross offering to send ML Taylor to Accra, that he agrees and that he will wait to see how things go before asking another man. CB Stewart was a failure because he would not do practical work and did very little research work and he has placed some convicts at the command of Mrs MAS Deacon who is medically qualified and she has organised mosquito brigades
