Description
Lagos has myriads of anopheles mainly in rain puddles and he has been bitten but has been taking prophylaxtic doses of quinine. Congratulates Ross on the well earned encomiums he has got for his kala-azar report. Encloses a copy of his neuritis paper which was published in an annual, he thinks it might be a form of malaria.
