DescriptionUnwillingly gives his permission for Ross to publish his letters, although he suggests that Ross asks for advice and says that he should not take Grassi's pretensions too seriously because to do so would be a waste of time. A Bignami and G Bastianelli have done valuable work and that although Ross made the original discovery of the mosquito's carrying malaria the Italians amplified it.
