Letter from William Alfred Murray regarding staffing and clerical work

Description
Murray says that as W.M Gay is now doing clerical work full time the V.A.D assistant is no longer needed and he suggests that she works at Adastral House. There is a note by Ross that this is not allowed. Murray also says that M. Nierenstein would like a commission and if he cannot get one would like to return Bristol University. Finally he asks for some figures showing the prevalence of various forms of malaria in Salonika and Malta.
